Job Responsibilities:
· Full-cycle AP processing for up to 200 invoices per week
· Vendor maintenance
· Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion
· Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them
· Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval
· Weekly check runs
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
· 2 years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
· Excel & ERP experience
· Excellent communication
· Oracle experience preferred
